দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১,৪০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.All E-gp registered tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit tenders providing they otherwise qualify.
2. The Tenderer must have up-to-date valid Trade license , up-to-date Valid Income tax Return certificate,VAT certificate and Liquid assets certificate from bank for this tender addressing of PE (Procuring Entity).
3. The bidder must mention the brand name,model,country of origin and size of the product with proper chemical composition that specified at section: 05(Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).
4.The bidder's specified factory products have to satisfy all the technical parameter that described at section: 05(Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3)).
5.The bidder have the capability to refill and replace the old used coarse silex( special Stone) along with diffrent grade,Manganese sand from the media chamber by the direction and satisfaction of PE's office.
6.The bidder have to submit the sample of the products with in 03( Three) calender days after opening the tender by their own cost and own responsibility the counting of the day will be started from the next day of opening the tender
7.The bidder's submited sample must be in intake bag and the bag must have the seal of manufacturer company's that company which the bidder participated.
8. The bidder must have a satisfactory complition experience certificate of supplying with refilling similar types of filter media(Quartz sand/Mangnese sand/Coarse silex etc.) at any Power station in Bangladesh of minimum 04(four) lakh taka in a single contract at last 03(three) years the counting date will be start from the publishing date of tender.
9.Other conditions has been mentioned details at section 4.1.
