প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All E-gp registered tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit tenders providing they otherwise qualify.
2. The Tenderer must have up-to-date valid Trade license , up-to-date Valid Income tax Return certificate,VAT certificate and Liquid assets certificate from bank for this tender addressing to PE (Procuring Entity).
3. The bidder must mention the brand name, model, manufacturing company's name and country of origin of their specified chemicals at section: 05(Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-4).
4. Bidder's specified factory products have to satisfy all the technical parameter ( physical and chemial parameters) described at section: 05 (Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-4).
5. The bidder has to submit the satisfactory completion experience certificate of supplying similar types of chemicals at govt or autonomus organization of minimum 20 (Twenty) lakh taka within a single contract in last 03 (three) years, the counting date will be started from the publishing date of the tender.
6. The bidder has to provide technical support of their specified chemicals as per requirements of PE's office .and test specified chemicals by their own cost and responsibility if the PE office wants .
7. The bidder has to provide minimum 250 ml Sample before tender opening.
