প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the E/M works shall be five (05) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in electromechanical works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature(supply and installation of substation, generator ,fire protection and detection system, air cooler , internal or external electrifications), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk. 444.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1000.00 Lac forwithin the last five (05) years. d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 400.00Lac [ in specified standard PW3-7 format.] d) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 600.00 lac e) The Tenderer must have uptodate ABC categoryContractory&Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, f) The Tenderer must submit: Manufacturer Authorization/ Dealership/Agencyship Certificate and Catalogue
