* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers.
a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have min. 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works
b) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1 no. of similar civil work amounting to Tk.15.00 Lac (Fifteen Lac) only in a single Tender during last 5 years i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD
c) The Tenderer must process:
i) Up to date valid Trade license, up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR & Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR
d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turn over in the last 5 (five) years of Tk.18.00 Lac (Eighteen Lac) ) only.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk.24.00 Lac (Twenty Four Lac) only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit in the format as specified (Form e-PW2)
f) All other terms and conditions are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents.
g) Tender capacity Tk.18.00 Lac (Eighteen Lac) only
h) A Tender security will be required in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Executive Engineer, Gazipur PWD Division.
