* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Procurement of Liveries item:(Safety shoes, Shoes, dungaree,ets.)
Tenderer has to submit the following Documents/items otherwise will be treated as nonresponsive:
1. The Tenderer must submit NID, TIN Certificate, Valid income Tax Certificate, Trade Licence, VAT Registration Certificate.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) Years of General experience in the supply of similar kinds of Goods.
3. The Tenderer shall have Specific Experience of similar works like supplying Liveries items (Safety shoes, Shoes, dungaree sets) to any Govt./Semi. Govt./Autonomous Organization of at least Tk 7,00,000 (Seven Lac BDT ) under a Single contract over a period of 03 (Three) years shall be required ( Works Completion/Performance Certificate must be submitted).
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8 Lac (Bank Solvency Certificate ).
5. Tenderer has to submit sample(returnable) of Dungaree set (one set) and Safety Shoe(one pair) in procurement Entity's office during tender/proposal submission (which will be accepted till tender opening time & date), otherwise will be treated as nonresponsive.
