e) Bank Solvency certificate of BDT 20,00,000.00
f) The contractor have to pay the minimum monthly salary to supplied manpower according to the order of Finance division of finance ministry memo no. 07.153.029.07.00.01.2019-259, date : 10.06.2019 and follow order of energy ministry Memo No. 27.00.0000041. 031.018.15-60, date: 15.01.2019 (See attached file in Tender Document section-7, General Specification, S. No- 02, 03). They also have to subimit/upload a commitment letter in their company pad about this Statement.
