প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. As described in tender document (TDS).
2. The minimum numbers of years  general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be  Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During last 05 (five) years.
3. Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of building work/Minimum Specific Expernence of Similar Nature work of Tk.240.00 lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During last 05 (five) years.
4. Who have minimum annual average construction turn over in the last five financial years of Tk. 397.00 lakh in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During last 05 (five) years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk 70.00 lakh.(Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit Not before 06.02.2022).
6. Who have minimum tender capacity not less than 300.00 Lakh
7.The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
(i) Valid Trade License.
(ii) Vat Registration.
(iii)TIN Number.
(iv) NID.
(v) Business Address.
vii) enclosed experience certificate for respective work.
8. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA & PPR -2008 including latest all
amendment" and STD will be Followed.
9. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS).
