প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Valid Trade License (up to date).
2. Valid Tax clearance certificate (up to date).
3. Valid VAT & TIN Certificate.
4. Must have an updated ABC Category Electrical Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from the Electrical Licensing Board.
5. Must have a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in the installation of electrical equipment.
6. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor the bidder must submit a certificate of experience in constructing a 400-KVA electrical substation worth at least 110 lakh taka from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).The work completion
certificate for successful completion shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization. (Work order &completion certificate
must be enclosed).
7. Authorization Letter from the Transformer Manufacturer must be submitted along with the tender.
8. Type Test Certificate (Within Last 5 Years from IFT) issued by an Internationally Accredited IndependentLaboratory (IEC Standards) of a minimum 500-KVA transformer must be submitted along with the tender.
9. The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring thequality without any acceptable reason will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
10. Certificate of specific work exprience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the assistant Engineer (electrical) EED of concerned District.
11. The Bidders who have works pending which are not completed in due time without valid reason and thequality of works is not satisfactory then they will be Non responsive for this Tender.
