The RFQ is open to all classes of firm who have PWD licence for civil & E/M and have the legal capacity to enter into such contract.
The tenderer must enclose the following documents with the Tender:-
i) Scanned copy of original Up to date Trade licence, Income Tax clearance
Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and documents establishing
experience.
ii) The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.
iii) Bill will be paid after successful completion of works as per directions of tender schedule & contract.
iv) VAT & Income Tax will be imposed as per valid Govt. circular.
v) Any deviations of signature will be treated as disqualification of tenderer
Note: Please be notified that
1. If any contractor submit a tender with excessive less (more than15%) the tenderer have to submit an analysis following market rate PWD schedule of rates 2018.
