Eligibility of Tenderers:
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT ), each with a value of at least Tk 1,50,00,000.00 ( one crore fifty lac only )
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2,00,00,000.00 ( two crore only) over the last 05 years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 70,00,000.00 ( seventy lac). Certificate of Unconditional Liquid Asset from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank or line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in PW3-7 form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. Credit certificate must be issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the dead line for submission of tender.
The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 1,60,00,000.00 ( one crore sixty lac only)
