প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tender must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature Manufacture and Supplying of new furniture at least in 01 (One) Contract successfully complete in a single work order within the last 05(Five) Years amounting of TK. 12.00 Lakh in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh (along with NOA & Completion certificate should be enclosed).b) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 16.00 Lakh in the form of PW2-5 mentioning the name of the work.c) According to the letter Memo No -03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377;Date: 30/08/2018 & Memo No-03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259;Date: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Mamo No-21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202;Date: 10/10/2019 the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality with out any acceptable reason will not to be consideredas a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.c) d)According to the letter Memo No –OAM/439/EED/Post Graduate/1666;Dated: 24/12/2019 from Office of The Chief Engineer of Education Engineering Department,The Tenderer who has not start his/her work/works within 07 (Seven) days from signing Contract or Agreement or 28 dayswork/workswith out any acceptable reason or schedule stipulated time has passed away but his/her work/worksnot yet completed he/she will not be eligible for this tender noticed).e)The Quoted Rate must be similar/relevant to the PWD Schedule of Rates 2014/2018.If Quoted Rate are Excessive Above/less than the Estimated Cost the tenderer must submit detail Analysis of his Quoted Rate According to the Analysis of PWD Schedule of Rates 2014/2018.Otherwish the tenderer will be Non-responsive according to the PPR 2008 Rule98(23).f) Others Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
