* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৫০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৫০,০০০ ~ ৭৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed tenderer who have minimum five (5) years of general experience.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one)
number similar nature work of Tk. 2.60 lakh in a single contract in
Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5
(five) years. In case of the work done other than PWD, the certifying and authenticating
authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, PWD, of that division.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5
(five) financial years of Tk.2.50 (two Point five) lakh. Only Payment certificates for
contracts in progress or completed under public sector to be submitted along with tender
for calculation of average annual construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer
shall be Tk. 2.00 (two) lakh in the prescribed form (PW2a-3). The cash credit Amount must
be un-Consumed/unutilized.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be tk 2.60 lakh. To calculate minimum tender
capacity the tenderer must submit list of contract agreement, up to date payment
certificates for on-going and completed contract under any public sectors for the year in
which maximum value of works performed within 5 years.
f) The tenderer must possess Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT
registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license.
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet
(TDS) of tender documents
