* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer have to submit the following Documents otherwise will be disqualified:
a) valid e-Tin Certificate, Latest Income Tax Certificate, Vat Certificate and Trade License as Chemical supplier.
b)Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years’ experience in the supply of water treatment related chemicals in Government / Semi-government /Autonomous Organization with i. Satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 2000000 tk under maximum 2 (two) contracts in the last 5 (Five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. ii. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2 (two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1200000.
c) Tenderer must have Genuine Chemical Production Factory's Agent documents/ Manufacturer Authorization.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 2000000.
e) Tenderer must submit 1 kg sample of each item in Suitable jar/Bottle as mentioned specification in Tender Document.
f) Tenderer submitted a written commitment that, they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segment as purchaser wants.
g) Tenderer have to submit a written commitment that, they are committed to supply goods at point of delivery in their own cost and if their supplied chemicals quality test fail to meet quality requirement of BPDB then they must have to return rejected chemicals in their own cost.
