প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer must have general experience in goods supply or goods related service.
The tenderer must have experience in similar supply work under government/semi-government/autonomous bodies.
The tenderer must have required liquid assets.
Valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, and VAT Registration are mandatory.
Prices must be consistent with the market rate and remain fixed despite market fluctuations.
The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; lowest bid is not obligatory.
The tenderer must submit a Declaration of Non-Blacklisting.
Other terms and conditions will be as per TDS (Tender Data Sheet).
The contractor must own a wheat milling factory in Noakhali or have a valid, formal agreement with a certified mill located in Noakhali.
The contractor must possess a secure and safe warehouse/godown with a minimum storage capacity of 62,000 kg of wheat.
A maximum shortage or weight loss of 1.5% will be allowed during the milling and transportation process. Any shortage above this limit will be deducted from the contractor's payment.
The contractor must submit a 1 kg sample of either white or red wheat flour (atta) for quality testing and approval before starting the final milling work.
