Valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, and VAT Registration are mandatory.
Prices must be consistent with the market rate and remain fixed despite market fluctuations.
The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; lowest bid is not obligatory.
The tenderer must submit a Declaration of Non-Blacklisting.
Other terms and conditions will be as per TDS (Tender Data Sheet).
The contractor must own registered trucks/covered vans or have a valid transport agreement in Noakhali.
The contractor must provide required laborers for loading and unloading at their own cost.
