প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer in the installation of water line works shall be 05 (Five) years.
2.The Tenderer must have successful completion similar nature of installation of water distribution network line work in a single contract amounting not less than BDT 11.50 Lakh during the last five (05) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of the concerned Department/Organization.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 30.00 Lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) financial years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 10.00 Lakh in the specified format of PPR 2025
5.The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 10.50 Lakh.
6.Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
7.Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
8.All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2025, and its amendment.
