প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following: (a) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of pump motor set and related services as Supplier shal be 5 (Five) years. (bThe minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of 75 Hp Submersible pump motor set in similar nature Goods at least single contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 11.00 Lakh. If a tenderer submits an experience certificate for work completed under a private organization,they must also provide the relevant payment schedule,bank statement,and Notification of Award .Furthermore, the certifying authority must hold a position equivalent to at least an Executive Engineer of a government,semi-government or autonomus organization,and valid proof of such equivalence must be submitted.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (c)The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment of the Tenderers shall be Tk 17.00 Lakh in the specified format of PPR-2025/Tender document. (d) Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender. (e) Up-to-date Trade license, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate etc.(f) Manufacturering & Dealership Authorization is required for item no.01.(g)A confirmation letter from the supplier regarding the supply of the item 01 must be submitted.(h) The Tenderer must be submitted 30 years of Manufacturering company's exprience certificate for the item no.01.(i)Other required conditions and document shown in the TDS(j) All other criteria will be taken according to the public procurement Act-2006,PPR-2025 and its amendment.
