Contractor's in Govt; Semi-Govt. and Autonomous Govt. Agencies, who have :
a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 6 (six) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
b. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 (one) contract(s) of (Substation, Fire Detection & Protection system and light fittings) complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 300 Lacs; where the work must consist of (i) Substation must be of value Tk.100 lac (ii) Fire Detection of value Tk. 50 lac, (iii) Light fittings of Tk. 20 lac; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 3 (three) crores over the last 5 (five) financial years; Document must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
d. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk.1 (one) crores. Liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) original certificate must not be issued before 2 (two) months since the date of the tender opening and the tenderer should follow the Form as per BPPA format for line of credit.
(e) The bidder shall have Valid Trade License, ABC License and Supervisory License, Up-to-date VAT registration certificate, Valid TIN certificate as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
