Contractor's in Govt; Semi-Govt. and Autonomous Govt. Agencies, who have :
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 08 years.
2. The bidder shall have specific experience of performing the work ( Substation, Fire Detection & Protection system, CCTV and light fittings) of value minimum 300 Lac BDT in a single contract where the work must consist of
a) Substation must be of value 1.0 Crore BDT, b) Fire Detection of value 0.50 Crore BDT, c) CCTV of value 25 lac BDT and d) Light fittings of 20 lac BDT in the same contract, in any government, semi government or autonomous organization during the last five years, time counting backward from the date of publishing this IFT.
3. The bidder shall have average annual turnover of electromechanical works of 4.50 crores over the last five years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be not less than Tk. 1.00 crores. Liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) original certificate must not be issued before 2 (Two) months since the date of the tender opening and the tenderer should follow the Form as per BPPA format for line of credit.
5. The bidder shall have Valid Trade License, ABC License and Supervisory License, Up-to-date VAT registration certificate, Valid TIN certificate.
6. The work Completion certificate shall have to be signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer (Grade-5) .
7. All other conditions are specified in TDS, PCC, GCC, ITT of this tender.
