* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,০০০,০০০ ~ ১২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer must obtain approval of the product sample from the PE during the contract agreement stage and shall supply the products in accordance with the submitted and approved sample.
The Tenderer must have a valid and updated Trade License.
The Tenderer must have a valid TIN Certificate.
The Tenderer must have a valid BIN Certificate.
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them of the Tenderer shall be Tk 45,00,000.00 (45 Lac)
The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Ten Lakh [10,00,000.00] Pieces per year.
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be three [3] years, counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least One [1] contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last five [5] years, each with a value of at least Thirty-Five Lakh Tk. [35,00,000.00], years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The Tenderer shall fulfil all criteria stated in the TDS.
Tenderer shall strictly follow the Specification, Bill of Quantities, and other documents uploaded; the signed and submitted version of the Specification shall be considered final.
If the Tenderer fails to submit any document required for Tender evaluation, the Tender will be treated as non-responsive.
Retention money shall be deducted from payments to the Contractor / Tenderer as specified in the TDS.
