Eligibility of Tenderer:
The Quotationer, in support of its qualification, shall submit duly attested photocopies of the following valid documents:
1. Valid Trade License.
2. Tax Clearance Certificate or Acknowledgement Slip issued by the competent authority as proof of submission of the latest Income Tax Return;
3. VAT Registration Certificate/Business Identification Number (BIN); and
4. Financial Solvency Certificate issued by any scheduled Bank indicating liquid assets amounting to at least BDT 3,60,000.00 (Taka Three Lakh Sixty Thousand only), failing which the Quotation may be considered non-responsive.
