* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have Minimum 5 (five) Years of General Experience in Construction Works
B) The Minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor in Successful Completion of at least One Number of 3 Storied RCC Frame Structure Building and boundary wall Including Civil, Sanitary and Electrification Works Worth not less than Tk. 4.0 (Four) Crore in a Single Contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During the last 05 (five) Years  (i) The Work Done Under PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer. (ii) The Work Done Other than PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be an Officer not Below the Rank of Executive Engineer and the same Duly Verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that District.
C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7.50 (Seven Point Five Zero) Crore in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
D) The Minimum Amount of Liquid Asset or Working Capital or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.50 (One Point Five ) Crore and must be Followed by the Appropriate Format (ePW3-8).
E) The Tender Capacity is Tk. 4.50 (Four Point Five Zero) Crore. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
F) The Tenderer must Possess: Up to date:- i) Trade License. ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate from Concerned Office. iii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate. iv) ABC Category Contractory and Supervisory License from "Electricity Licensing Board", GoB.G) Other Notable Terms and Conditions are Pointed out at TDS, PCC, ITT and GCC which Strictly f.d.
