1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime Contractor) in providing Managed Call Center Service of under maximum TWO contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of last 03 years with a total value of at least Tk 45,00,000.00 shall be required.
3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 36,00,000.00 over the last three financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of the Tenderers shall be BDT 18,00,000.00.
