কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,৫০০,০০০ ~ ১৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 [Five] years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 [Five] years, with a value of at least Tk 35,00,000.00 [Thirty Five Lac].
(c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 40,00,000.00 [Forty Lac] that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
(d) The Tenderer should have valid updated Trade License, valid VAT Certificate, valid TIN Certificate, should be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Electricity Generation Bangladesh PLC Procurement Policy 2026, Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2025.
N.B.:
(1) Years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal.
(2) Only a Completion/Acceptance certificate will be considered as specific experience certificate. Notification Of Award (NOA), Purchase order (PO), and Signed contract paper will not be considered as experience certificates
