প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a)The tenderer/supplier shall have General experience in the supply of goods and related services of at least 03 (Three) years.
(b).The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 8,50,000 (Taka Eight Lac Fifty thousand only).
(c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 10,00,000.00 (Taka Ten Lac only) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
(d) The tenderer/supplier shall have valid updated Trade License, valid VAT Certificate,BIN,valid TIN Certificate, shall be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee, Manufacturer Authorization, shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to EGB PLC Procurement Policy 2026, e-GP guide line, Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2025.
(e) Completion/Acceptance certificate shall be considered as an experience certificate.
