প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Experienced Civil Contractors/Firms/Authorised Supplier/ Authorised Distributor/Authorised local agent those who have successfully completed Industrial rack works of amounting minimum Tk 50 (fifty) Lac BDT only in a single work order during last (5) five years in any govt/semi govt/autonomous bodies/ Private renowned Industries/Textile/Garments and Should be supported by completion certificate signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Equivalent/Manager.
2. Bank loan certificaftion/recommendation will not be entertained.
3. Contractor will be blacklisted in Biman RTM & in Biman e-GP tenders if found any false document.
4.Contractor must download a)Terms & Conditions b)PCC/GCC/Special Condtition of the contract, c)Drawing/Plan , blank schedule, upload the same documents with sign and seal.
5. 5 years experience in Similar sector as contractor/ Authorised Supplier/ Authorised Distributor/Authorised local agent
6.Valid trade license, TIN, BIN certificate, update income tax certificate of 2025/acknowledgement receipt copy have to upload.
7. Bank solvancy/credit line certitifcate from bank should be uploaded
8.A satisfactory "Beam" and "upright" section testing result from BUET/MIST/DUET should be submitted from previous project & will have to/must submit for this project (as per tds/schedule) too during/before work.
9. JV is not allowed
10. Factory/production facilities may be visited by Biman official at any time
