প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. A NOA/Contract value not less than 20(twenty) Lac should be found at e-GP website as any kind of civil work expeience.
2. Experienced Civil Contractors/Firms those who have successfully completed the civil construction/renovation/repairing works of amounting minimum Tk 20 (Twenty) Lac only in a single work order during last (05) five years in any govt/semi govt/autonomous bodies (Should be supported by completion certificate signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Equivalent) for the/against above NOA.
3. Bank loan certificaftion/recommendation will not be entertained.
4. Contractor will be blacklisted in Biman RTM & in Biman e-GP tenders if found any false document.
5.Contractor must download a)Terms & Conditions b)PCC/GCC/Special Condtition of the contract, c)Drawing/Plan , blank schedule, upload the same documents with sign and seal.
6. 5 years experience in Civil Work sector as contractor
7.Valid trade license, TIN, BIN certificate, update income tax certificate of 2025/acknowledgement receipt copy have to upload.
8. Bank solvancy/credit line certitifcate from bank should be uploaded and current bank statement of contractor for last 5 years to 05/03/2026 have to submit/upload
