2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in Installation of lightening arrestor and electrical earthing system successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 04 (Four) Lac.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit limits of the Tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 08 (Eight) lac.
