প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1) Tenderer shall have 1.3 or 1.4 category update gas pipeline contractor enlistment under TGTDCL or any other company under Petrobangla
(2) Minimum five (5) years of general experience as a contractor in performing maintenance work and physical services including leak repair/ replacement/ rehabilitation of damaged/leaky gas pipelines, construction/elevation of valve pits
(3) Specific experience of successfully completing at least 2 (two) contracts as a contractor in the last 5 (five) years for the repair/replacement/rehabilitation of damaged/leaky gas pipelines, maintenance including construction/elevation of valve pits or similar works and physical services, with a minimum contract value of at least 1.99 crore taka.
(4) The average annual turnover of the bidder for the relevant work for 3 years out of the last 5 years should be at least 140 lakh taka.
(5) Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable law.
(6) Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh
(7) Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
(8) Tenderers shall have specific experience in detecting underground gas pipeline leakage and related services.
