* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Reputed Suppliers who have
i) Minimum 5 (Five) years of supply experience of similar nature of goods are eligible only.
ii) Minimum supply value of Procurement of Scientific Equipment for Laboratory in any government /semi government/autonomous organization under single contract in the last 5(five) years is TK. 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lakh)
iii) The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 50,00,000.00 (Fifty lakh). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms. Bank Statement is not allowed as proof of Minimum amount of liquid asset;
2. The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
3. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
4. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
5. The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
