* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A. Requirements for the Tenderers:
1. NID & Renewed Trade License.
2. Updated / valid VAT registration certificate and Income Tax Certificate.
3. Photocopies of Catalog & other papers related with the Goods.
4. Authorization letter on the letter-headpad of the tenderer.
5. The minimum general experience certificate as a supplier of goods and related services shall be 03 (Three) years.
6.The minimum specific experience certificate as a supplier in the supply of the Mud Submersible Pumps with Delivery Synthetic Hose Pipe / Similar type of goods at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk.6,00,000/-(Taka Six Lakh Only).
7.Tenderers who will have to submit 01 (One) Foot of each item of Synthetic Hose Pipe as sample for pre-testing to the following address before the dead line of the tender submission:

8. Tenderers shall have to submit the test certificate of the Mud Submersible Pumps carried out by the manufacturer while supplying the Goods.
B. Special terms and conditions:
1. Every items of the Goods should be supplied in the sealed, new, thick and hard wooden Cartons without changing their original labeling/Sealing /Packing.
2. Every items of the Goods shall have to be qualified in the quality test carried out in the Test Facility of BCFTPP, 3rd Unit, BPDB, Dinajpur / Authorized Test Facility recommended by BPDB.
3. Installation, Commissioning, Calibration and Operation of the supplied Goods shall be done in the Central Laboratory of BCFTPP, BPDB, Dinajpur by the Contractor.
4. The procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the tenders without assigning any reason.
