* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৬৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one contract of 01 (one) no RCC 10 (Ten) storied framed structure building construction work including Civil work, Internal Sanitary work & Internal Electrical work successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 1800.00 Lac (Tk One Thousand Eight Hundred Lac only); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2100.00 Lac ( Tk Two Thousand One Hundred Lac only) over the last 5 (Five) financial years. Payment certificates must be submitted along with the tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 450.00 Lac (Tk Four Hundred & Fifty Lac only).
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 1900.00 Lac ( Tk One Thousand Nine Hundred Lac only).
(f) The Tenderer must submit Up to Date Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC / BC Electrical Contractor and ABC/BC Electrical supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board
(g) All Other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender
(h) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard.
