প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one contract of 01 (one) no RCC 5(Five) storied with 01(One) basement framed structure building construction work successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 6500.00 Lac (Tk Six Thousand Five Hundred Lac only); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be grater than Tk. 7200.00 Lac (Tk Seven Thousand Two Hundred Lac only) over the last 5 (Five) financial years. Payment certificates must be submitted along with the tender in support of construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 1500.00 Lac (Tk One Thousand Five Hundred Lac only).
e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 6300.00 Lac (TK Six Thousand Three Hundred Lac only).
f) The Tenderer must submit Up to Date Trade license,Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC Electrical Contractor license and ABC Electrical supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
g) All Other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender.
