* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Scanned copy original Up to date Trade license, Up to date Income Tax Certificate, Up to date VAT Registration Certificate.
B)Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 03 (three) years of general experience in Detail digital topographic & physical feature survey.
(C) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one)number of similar nature of Detail digital topographic & physical feature survey of project area works of Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen point zero zero) lakh from any Govt/semi govt./ autonoumous body/council/corporation etc..
(D) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 03 (three) years amounting of Tk.15.00 (Fifteen) lakh from any Govt/semi govt./ autonoumous body/council/corporation etc.
(F) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilitiesof the tenderer shall be Tk. 25.00 ( Twenty five Point Zero Zero) lakh . Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form ePW2A-8), without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty Eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract.
(E) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & 4) of tender documents must be fulfilled
(F) VAT & Income Tax will be imposed as per valid Govt. circular.
G) Aompetenny deviations of signature will be treated as disqualification of tenderer.
H)The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.
I) Site is located at Rajshahi, Terokhadia, Chotobongram, Chapainawabgonj, Natore, Pabna & Iswardi Housing Estate,under NHA Rajshahi Division.
