প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Up to date Trade license, Up to date Income Tax Certificate, Up to date VAT Registration Certificate.
B)Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Civil works.
(C) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of similar nature of civil works of land development/Earth filling/Site development of minimum value of contract not less than 6.00 (Six point zero zero) Crore in a single work order from any Govt/semi govt./ autonoumous body/council/corporation etc..
(D) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(Five) years amounting of Tk. 8.00 (Eight Point Zero Zero) Crore from any Govt/semi govt./ autonoumous body/council/corporation etc.
(F) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 2.00 ( Two Point Zero Zero) Crore . Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form ePW3-8) format.
(E) The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.
(F) Any deviations of signature will be treated as disqualification of tenderer.
