* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪০০,০০০ ~ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Repair and Maintenance works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
02. The Tenderer must submit satisfactory completion certificate of Vehicle Repairing works under Govt/ Semi govt/ Autonomous organization/ Public Limited Company amounting not less than Taka 2.50 (Two Point Five Zero) Lakh only as a prime contractor in a single contract/ work order within last 5 (Five) years.
03. The minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Taka 3.50 (Three Point Five Zero) Lakh only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP Portal. Tenderer those will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of commitment for banks undertaking for line of credit (form e-PW2A-8).
04. The required average turnover shall be greater than Tk 2.00 (Two) Lakh only over the last 3 (Three) years.
05. Tenderer must submit Automobile repairing categorized valid trade liecence and VAT certificate.
06. Tenderer must submit TIN certificate with up-to-date Income Tax return certificate/ Acknowledgement slip.
07. The Tenderer must submit documents of having own automobile repairing and maintenance Workshop.
08 Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
09. Joint Venture/ Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.
