* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Repair and Maintenance works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
02. The Tenderer must submit satisfactory work completion certificate of 33 kV/ 11 kV Under Ground Cable construction/ repair and maintenance works under Govt/ Semi Govt/ Autonomous organization/ PBS amounting not less than Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakh only as a prime contractor in a single contract within last 5 (five) years.
03. The minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh only which shall be supported by a bank statement and the statement or credit facilities should not be before the tender publication date in the e-GP Portal. Tenderer those will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit a letter of commitment for banks undertaking for a line of credit (form e-PW2A-8).
04. The required average annual turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lakh over the last 3 (Three) financial years.
05. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
06. Joint Venture/ Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.
07. Tenderer must submit up-to-date valid trade license, VAT certificate & TIN certificate with up-to-date Income TAX return certificate/ acknowledgment slip.
08. The Tenderer must submit up-to date ABC Category Electrical Contractor License & Electrical Supervisory License.
09. Tenderers who have two nos of similar nature of contracts which are running/ NOA awarded in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender.
