প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
c. (i) A satisfactory completion of similar nature of works at least Tk. 11.80(Eleven point eight zero) Lac under [one] of contract(s) over a period of [5] years shall be required.
ii) The required average annual Turnover shall be greater than Tk 30.00(Thirty) Lac over the last [3] years.
(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets if working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 9.00(Nine) Lac
(iv) 6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be : 12.50(Twelve point five zero) Lacs.
d. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Patuakhali Science & Technology University (PSTU),Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
