প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. The tenderer must be legally, financially and technically qualified as specified in TDS
b. The tendere shall submit the following documents
1. Valid trade license
2. Up-to-date income tax certificate (AY 2025-26/2024-25)
3. Valid VAT registration certificate
4. Technical brochures and catalogues showing compliance with the technical specifications
5. Model specific technical compliance indicating brand name, model number and country of origin.
6. Manufacture authorization letter issued by the original equipment manufacturer.
c. The tenderer shall
1. Provide minimum 01 year warranty after successful installation and commissioning
2. Perform installation by trained and/or manufactured certified engineers at the user site at free of cost
3. Demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least Tk. 1,10,00,000 (One crore and ten lakh) over the last Five (05) financial years supported by audited financial statements. Only payment certificates shall be considered for annual turnover calculation.
4. Have minimum liquid assests or working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 1,20,00,000 (One Crore and Twenty Lakh) supported by bank solvency certificate or credit line issues by a scheduled in Bangladesh.
d. The tendere shall have successfully
1. Completed at least 01 contract of similar nature with a minimum value of Tk. 98,00,000 (Ninety Eight Lakh) within the last Five (05) years, counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT.
2. Supplied and installed at least 03 systems of similar type and performance class
