2. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.
3) The tenderer MUST submit the Line of Credit from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified supplied format.
4) It is the duty of the tenderer to submit all the documents freshly (Without Corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained.
5) VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
6) Evaluation will be done following PPR-2025, the latest Gazette/Circular from CPTU.
7) The tenderer must submit his NID Card.
8) Quantities of Earthwork will be finalized after checking Pre-work and Post-work by the taskforce or any other competent Authority.
