প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All tenderer registered in e-gp portal system are eligible.
2. Detail Turnover Calculation sheet mentioning the Name of Work, PE name etc (Year wise over the last five years) duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with the tender.
3. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.
4) It is the duty of the tenderer to submit all the documents freshly (Without Corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained.
5) Evaluation will be done following the latest Gazette/Circular from CPTU.
6) Detailed list of work in hand/Ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.
7) If any type of Structures/Obstacles is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design and Specification, the bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
08) If BWDB Owned land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design and Specification, The bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement.
09) Photo and video must be taken by the contractor at different angle during pre work and post work measurement and submitted to the PE. No extra payment claim will be entertrained in this regard.
10) Quantities of Earthwork will be finalized after checking Pre-work and Post-work by the taskforce or any other competent Authority.
