* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০০,০০০ ~ ৬০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Work place: Open space inside the factory.
2. Duration of job shall be completed within 60 (sixty) days.
3. No machine’s & equipment’s support will be provided by the GPFPLC Authority. Total job will be done by the supplier’s own
responsibility.
4. Supplier will have to manage manpower, tools, machines and necessary equipment’s for the said job.
5. No lodging facility will be provided for the manpower of the contractor, but it can be entertained subject to paying basis.
6. loading, unloading & transportation cost of paint related necessary equipment’s of supplier’s responsibility.
7. If any machine and parts are damaged during the said work the contractor will be responsible for that and sufficient
Compensation will be realized.
8. Personal protective equipment must be used during the said work. If any accident occurs, the contractor will be responsible
for that.
9. All paint related materials will be tested and accepted by the responsible engineer before painting. And each step of painting will be monitored. Qualitative materials must be used, otherwise it will have to be redone.
10. If it is found any defect in the paint during after 03(three) month the contractor will repair the same at free of cost.
11. After completion of paint work, a job completion certificate will be issued by the MTS division.
12. Bill will be paid subject to submission of job completion certificate.
13. VAT & tax will be deducted as per govt. rules at the time of bill payment.
14. In case of failure to complete the work within scheduled time liquidated damage shall be deducted as per PPR 2006 and 2025.
