* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. No machine’s & equipment’s support will be provided by the GPFPLC Authority. Total job will be done by the supplier’s own
responsibility.
2. Supplier will have to manage manpower, tools, machines and necessary equipment’s for the said job.
3. loading, unloading & transportation cost of supplied goods will be the part of supplier’s responsibility.
4. If any machine and parts are damaged during the said work the contractor will be responsible for that and sufficient
Compensation will be realized.
5. Personal protective equipment must be used during the said work. If any accident occurs, the contractor will be responsible
for that.
6. After successfully completion of the installation testing & commissioning work, 03 (three) month’s.10% taka of Total value will be deducted for warranty period from the date confirmation of job completion certificate as retention money. After the warranty period the security deposit will be returned without interest as per the rules.
7. If it is found any defect in the crane during the warranty period the supplier will repair the same at free of cost.
8. After completion of installation, testing & commissioning work, a job completion certificate will be issued by the MTS division.
9. Bill will be paid subject to submission of job completion certificate.
10. Maintenance company must submit at least one updated experience certificate on performing crane maintenance work at GOB
organization like BCIC, BPDB etc.
11.Original maintenance related goods should be supplied from the Authorized dealer/Manufacture company.Manufacturer / Dealer Authorization letter submitted along with the offer.
12.The successful bidder shall be providing delivery challan from Authorized distributor at the time delivery of goods.
