দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 10 (ten) years of overall experience for supply of furniture and related services as a furniture manufacturer in Bangladesh.
(ii) The Tenderer shall have work completion certificate on supply of furniture of minimum BDT 3.75 crore under single contracts in the last 3 years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT and e-GP tender.
Or
b. under maximum 02 (Two) completion certificate against contracts/work orders of specific goods within last 03 (three) years, which have accumulated value of at least BDT. 5.00 (Five) Crore, Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
(iii) Tenderer shall have their own furniture manufacturing plant/factory.
(iv) Tenderer shall have required technical staff as mentioned in TDS and terms and conditions.
(v) The Tenderer shall have production capacity of Furniture: Min 50 pcs Table, Min 100 pcs Chair and 2 nos Steel Cabinet per day.
(vi) Tenderer should have minimum 10 Own /legally authorized Showrooms/service center in Dhaka City and minimum 10 Own or Legally Authorized Showroom/Service center in different cities across the country (outside Dhaka City).
(vii) Tenderer shall submit other required eligibility and condition of the tenderer(s) as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet and Tender Documents
