দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 10 (ten) years of overall experience for supply of furniture and related services as a furniture manufacturer in Bangladesh.
(ii) The Tenderer shall have work completion certificate on supply of furniture of minimum BDT 3.75 crore (three crore seventy five lac) under single contracts in the last 3 years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT and e-GP tender.
(iii) If the tenderer applies for multiple packages of the same goods under this Procuring Entity (PE) of Tender ID 1180586, 1181397, 1181456, 1181489, 1181493, on these cases;
a. the tenderer shall have work completion certificate of supply of specific goods of minimum BDT. 7.00 (seven) Crore in a single supply Contract/Work order last 3 years, i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
Or
b. under maximum 02 (Two) contracts/work orders of specific goods within last 05(Five) years, which have accumulated contract value of at least BDT. 11.00 (eleven) Crore, i.e. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
(iv) Tenderer shall have their own furniture manufacturing plant/factory.
(v) Tenderer shall have required technical staff as mentioned in TDS and terms and conditions.
(vi) The Tenderer shall have production capacity of Furniture: Min 200 pcs Computer Table, Min 200 pcs Chair and 2 nos Steel Cabinet per day.
(vii) Tenderer should have minimum 10 Own /legally authorized Showrooms/service center in Dhaka City and minimum 10 Own or Legally Authorized Showroom/Service center in different cities across the country (outside Dhaka City). Documentary evidence to be submitted.
(viii) Tenderer shall submit other required eligibility and condition of the tenderer(s) as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet and Tender Documents
