কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of General experience (Completion Certificate/ AcceptanceCertification) in the supply of similar Goods and related services.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply (Completion Certificate/ Acceptance Certification) of similar (Scientific/Laboratory/MedicalEquipment etc.) Goods and related services of minimum BDT 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh Only) under Single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. i.e. years counting backwardfrom the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or revolving Line of credit provided by the Bank in case of awarded the contract for the delivery of Goods and related services for an amount at least BDT 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh Only), for the sole purpose of the execution of the specified contract.
(d) In case a Tenderer appears as debarred in the e-GP system due to debarment by any Procuring Entity, and fails to submit supporting documents showing that the debarment has been reviewed and resolved in his favour by the Debarment Review Board of BPPA and duly circulated to all concerned as per regulations, the Tender shall be treated as Preliminary non-Responsive.
(e) In Technical Examination & Receiving stage: Publisher’s invoice, Import invoice / packing list, Bill of Lading / Air Way Bill, Publisher’s certificate of authenticity, ISBN & edition verification must be required.
(f) Compliance with all conditions and instructions set forth in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) are mandatory for the Tenderer.
