প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The Tenderer shall have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh (Specially in Public Universities) of one contract successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, with a value of at least Tk. 12 (twelve) lakh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment of the Tenderers shall be Tk 12 (twelve) lakh for the sole purpose of the execution of the specified contract and it will be maintained by the bank untill issuance of "Acceptance Certificate" by the Procuring Entity.
(d) In case a Tenderer appears as debarred in the e-GP system due to debarment by any Procuring Entity, and fails to submit supporting documents showing that the debarment has been reviewed and resolved in his favour by the Debarment Review Board of BPPA and duly circulated to all concerned as per regulations, the Tender shall be treated as Preliminary non-responsive.
