* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

Eligibility of Tenderer:
The Supplier must submit updated trade license, Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS & Value Added Tax registration certificate/ Business Identification Number.
The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be as per TDS (ITT Clause 13.1 (a)).
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least One (1) contract(s) successfully completed within the last Five (5) years as per TDS (ITT Clause 13.1 (b)).
The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past three (03) years.
Updated ISO standardization certificate of the Manufacturer must be submitted with the offer.
Updated Import Registration Certificate (IRC) submitted with offer.
Manufacturer’s Authorization is required for all the items listed in Price Schedule.
The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past three (03) years.
Product warranty certificate must be submitted with the offer.
Original catalogue/Brochures must be submitted with the offer.
Minimum Ten (05) Nos service center (Address) all over the country with Seventy-Five (75) technician/Service Provider.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
