Eligibility of Tenderer:
The Supplier must submit an updated trade license, an Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS & Value Added Tax registration certificate/ Business Identification Number.
The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be as per TDS (ITT Clause 13.1 (a)).
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least One (1) contract(s) completed within the last Five (5) years as per TDS (ITT Clause 13.1 (b)).
The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past three (03) years.
Manufacturer’s Authorization is required for all the items listed in the Price Schedule.
