কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১১,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be as per TDS (ITT Clause 13.1).
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector as per TDS (ITT Clause 13.1 (b)).
The average annual construction turnover under the public sector as specified in the TDS during the period specified in the TDS (ITT Clause 14.1 (a)).
Availability of minimum financial resources in any form or combination of forms of liquid assets or credit line(s) or working capital, net of other contractual commitments of the amount as specified in the TDS (ITT Clause 14.1 (b)).
The required audit reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet shall be for the past 01 (One) years (ITT Clause (29.1 h)).
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender.
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.
The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease, or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The bidders can either bid for all tender in the same package but could be awarded Only two (2) tenders if they satisfy the aggregate qualification criteria.
